Introducing the Enhanced BACKUP Line
Meet the GREEN MAMBA, designed to boost your slackline safety. This robust, lightweight, and slim high-tenacity polyester webbing is perfect for highline setups. It combines strength, minimal weight, and affordability, making it ideal as a backup or main line for extensive projects or windy conditions.
Why Choose GREEN MAMBA?
GREEN MAMBA is a versatile backup for various setups, from parks to highlines and freestyle. With a high strength of 28kN and a 0.8-inch (20mm) width, it ensures stability, even in windy situations. Its abrasion-resistant design ensures long-lasting durability with proper care.
Effortless Rigging and Handling
GREEN MAMBA webbing is easily distinguishable during setup to prevent twists. While it doesn't fit standard weblocks, it works securely with a LINELOCK ALUMINUM RING for anchoring.
Choosing Between BY METER, SPLIT50, and SPLIT100
For fixed lengths, purchase webbing BY METER. For connecting segments, opt for SPLIT50 or SPLIT100. Special lengths can be ordered via email.
Should You Choose the SPLIT50/100 Model or SPLIT50/100+BACKUP LOOP?
The 3.3 ft (1m) BACKUP LOOP is crucial for rigging your slackline as a longline in the park when using a single weblock. Attach your slackline directly into the end loop with a shackle, which means there is no extra webbing for tree safety. We offer the 3.3 ft BACKUP LOOP to secure your main loop, shackle, and slings. Attach it to an independent shackle and sling as shown. Warning! This BACKUP LOOP does not replace a full backup webbing in a highline setup!
Made for Everyone
BLACK MAMBA webbing is designed to be accessible and combines materials and weaving techniques to keep the price affordable. Its thin size is ideal for extensive highline setups. Contact us for special project requests.
Important Safety Check - Do It Regularly
Inspect your set-up before each session
The GREEN MAMBA is a line with less than 30kN MBS for a strong cyclic purpose. It is therefore ABSOLUTELY necessary to check properly the line status before each session.
Exposure to sunlight (UV rays)
Exposure to the sun's UV rays greatly reduces the strength of nylon tubular webbing. For a long life of your webbing, try avoiding perma-rigg installations or leaving your GREEN MAMBA line too long set up on sunny days.
When to dismiss the webbing from use?
If one or more of the following conditions occur, stop immediately the use of your line for highlining. Contact us, if in doubt.
- Total colour fading of the colored bands due to excessive UV exposure (max 180 days of exposure);
- Damage to webbing fibers due to abrasion from excessive use or other causes;
- Stiffness of the webbing when not stretched. If you can hold 30 or 50 cm of line horizontal without ANY tension, best to sort out the webbing completely, as it has most likely not only lost his special features but as well suffered a great reduction of strength;
WARNING! This is only a partial list. It is essential to read the manual and user instructions carefully and as soon as signs of degradation appear retire the line or contact the manufacturer.
