Introducing the BLUBERRY SR Linelock

The BLUEBERRY SR is a light and robust weblock, ideal for any 1-inch webbing. It’s almost identical to the BLUEBERRY SH, but includes a Soft Release/sling direct option.

The tempered aluminum body supports up to 2,200 lbs working load and weighs only 4.4 oz.

BLUBERRY SR Technology

1. The BLUEBERRY SR features an anodized aluminum diverter that distributes energy across the webbing surface and retains 95% of its original resistance;
2. The stainless steel pins ensure smooth webbing sliding during setup;
3. Reinforced and anodized aluminum make it highly resistant to shock and humidity;
4. The rear connection pin makes it compatible with a soft release or direct sling entry.

Classic Quick Lock Pin or Safety Push Pin?

Choose between two locking pin options for your BLUEBERRY SR:

• CLASSIC quick lock pin: Stainless steel pin with double locking balls offers the best weight/strength ratio. It includes an anti-drop sling and removable ring;
• SAFETY push lock pin: Stainless steel and aluminum head with easy-to-handle snap button. Requires a double movement (press and pull) to unlock, complying with the latest safety standards. Includes an anti-drop MINI SLING.

WARNING! Check Classic PINs during rigging and de-rigging, especially when using a buckingham system or a soft release, as these actions can accidentally move the pin from the safety lock position.

Understanding the SR Model

While the BLUBERRY connects directly to all standard types of connectors, the SR model is designed for use with a Soft Release thanks to its second bottom pin. This double pin eliminates the need for an extra connector in your anchor system.

You can also connect the second pin directly to a sling without using a Soft Release, but ensure the sling exits the linelock straight to avoid tri-loading.

Enhance Performance with a Dyneema Sling

Optimize your BLUEBERRY with a Dyneema webbing sling to create a buckingham tensioning system.

Using this webbing sling, you can connect a ROLLEX to the BLUEBERRY to form a pulley system with your slackline.

The Importance of ANTI-SLIP

The ANTI-SLIP device safely secures the slackline tail once tensioned and set up. Experience has shown that strong winds or intensive use can cause a loose tail to derail the line from its weblock. The ANTI-SLIP device is ideal for low tension setups and ensures your slackline stays secure.

Our ANTISLIP device is a clipped system especially ideal for low tension set-ups and perfect for the BLUEBERRY weblocks. This clipping system serves to prevent slippage of your mainline and secures your session and slackline experience. 

ATTENTION: Any weblock should be always used with either our ANTI-SLIP device or a secure ANTI-SLIP KNOT. A properly tied ANTI-SLIP KNOT is best to learn from other, more experienced slackliners, as it may vary, depending on the type of weblock used.
